Beginning

We started our journey back in 2009, when we first visit Massey Uni Albany campus for the best sushi on the shore, meanwhile we also had the worst coffee experience in Auckland ever. All we feel was sorry for  the poor students and staffs, so we decide to do some good thing for them. Therefore, we had our first coffee cart on campus, It was actually a old trailer converted coffee cart seat in a wind tunnel, it was cold and wild during winter. However, the coffee aroma and our passion always build up a long queue in front of our coffee cart.. Since then, Uni campus has it's best  sushi shop and accomplished the best coffee place on campus.

Roastery

Our coffee demanding keep growing, we have to convert our kombi Duckling into our second coffee caravan, and our coffee roastery had it's first batch in our Triton dr Studio. In the beginning, We do it mainly in weekend. Eventually , we start  to have more roasting in the weekday, of course following complaints from neighbours as well. Despite the issue,  we decide to have our studio turn into a proper café with roastery.  After all efforts, council didn't prove the plan. Then our roastery aborted after a year operation.
